Manufacturing and Distribution Process

Our products are expertly made in Thailand in a modern efficient factory using skilled and talented people. The manufacturer is a mid size company capable of producing up to 30,000 garments a month. From order placement to oversea shipment arrivals average under 30 days. The manufacturer works with us from contact to completion of the order we work hard to keep a strong line of communication for our customers to ensure top quality and value. Different grades of materials can be used in the manuacturing process. We facilitate a preview of our products via samples of fabric and construction to our clients. From design, to completion and shipment to our customer we are here for you.

Shrinkage varies type of garment fabric, and laundering techniques . Here is a guide to estimated shrinkage : 100% Cotton Jersey 5-7%, 100% Cotton Combed 5-7%.
Cotton Polyester 7%.  Cotton/Polyester) Spandex 4%.  Nylon/ Lycra 2%.

Inseams are provided in standard US lengths we currently do not offer tall sizes in bottoms. We do offer tall sizes in T-shirts. Shorts have the inseam in the item description when ordering always refer to the item number as cut, fabric content and other specific features are coded to this number.

We offer quality performance athletic apparel and swimwear. Women's swimwear sizes are presented on the item description. Men's swimwear sizes are posted on the description the loose fitting surfer, board-shorts are as sized. The competition swimwear and cycle shorts are made from close fitting nylon and purchasers are advised to order a sample first to determine fit, as some items run smaller than an average,  due to the fabric content. Some fabrics are delicate and should not be placed in dryers, only  air dried, to keep their shape and in some cases, their ability to transport perspiration away from the body. Fine cotton fabrics should be hand washed and air dried per label instructions for the longevity of the garment. We offer and extensive line of patterns to suit our customers needs from the average fleece sweat suit to perfomance nylon designs we can supply your needs.
